The
Cathedral of the Incarnation
Chapel
The church can comfortably accommodate 250
seated guests. It features exquisite stained-glass windows above
the altar and throughout the sanctuary. The carpet is a rich red
color that contrasts gorgeously with the oak-stained pews, altar
and trusses. The walls are painted in a faux marble texture. Please
visit our photo gallery.

Non-members Must Provide Their Own Minister
Ministers performing a wedding ceremony at the Cathedral must be
ordained in, and affiliated with, a Catholic jurisdiction or Nicene
denomination. Examples of such include Baptist, Episcopalian, Lutheran,
Methodist, Orthodox or Roman. All must meet with Cathedral clergy
in advance of the ceremony to review the logistics and protocol
of sanctuary discipline.
Music
You must provide your own music for your ceremony. There is a beautiful
choir loft and ample room in the Cathedral for musicians such as
soloists, violinists, harpists, etc.
The Cathedral does have an organist for hire. Please contact Dr.
Terry Yount at 407-719-2485 for rates and availability.
The selection of background music and musical entertainment for
an event is subject to Cathedral approval, although said approval
will not be unreasonably withheld. Musical equipment with electrical
requirements greater than 120 volts will not be permitted.
Flowers & Candles
When planning floral designs, please be advised that any flowers
placed in the altar area MUST be fresh-cut. Silk or dried flowers
may be used outside the altar railing area.
Pew ends may be decorated with ribbons and/or flowers. They may
be secured with ribbon or pipe cleaners only (no tape or bare wire).
Pew clips are not successful on our pews because of their cathedral
design. There are 14 pews on each side of the aisle.
With exception of the unity candle, only liquid wax candles may
be used in the church. Any freestanding candelabras must be placed
on a drop cloth or surrounded by a hurricane glass fixture.
If you will be using an aisle runner, it must be 100 ft. long.
Photography and Videography
The Cathedral permits photography and videography during wedding
ceremonies. You should consult with your minister regarding their
specific restrictions, if any.
All photography and videography during the ceremony must take place
from in front of the altar rail. After the ceremony, the risers
may be used.
